This page would contain transcripts of the conversations the artist has with members of the public over cups of tea, accompanied by a photograph of the participant, the photograph being treated to look like one of Thomas (fourth son of Josiah) Wedgewood's early experimental photographs.

The conversations would be free-ranging, under the umbrella of diagnosing the city's health, and might cover the collection of:
- anecdotes about the city's past;
- opinions about the social and health benefits of tea drinking;
- memories of Stoke-on-Trent, how the city centre used to be, opinions about favourite places and about what maybe should and shouldn't change;
- what people know about Susie Cooper and other of the city's famous sons and daughters;
- opinions on the relation of the six towns to each other, what people feel is unique about each one and what links the six? is there really strength through association?;
- And, through the metaphor of Pottersville, widen out the 'city building' exercise, engaging people in dreaming up the ideal city.
