60's Singing Workshop [posted by Chris 9.6.08]

To ensure none of us harmony-holics get withdrawal symptoms during the summer break, I've arranged an all day Harmony Singing Workshop in Coventry on August 2nd at Warwick Arts Centre to keep us topped up!!!

We'll be singing some great hits from way back when from people like the Mamma's and Pappa's, The Kinks and Bob Dylan to name but a few.It should be great fun; dressing up in your best Kaftan and 60's garb is optional!

All songs are arranged in three or  four part harmony and the workshop will be led by Liz Underhill from Global Harmony  Those of you who attended the CCF will already have had a taste of what's to come as Liz's choir Global Harmony performed the amazing Ray Davies of the Kinks classic 'Days' so brilliantly.  But if not you can hear it by following the link below

http://www147.pair.com/salvonet/globalharmony/audio.shtml  to hear a sound clip
