about
Janet Vaughan is a visual artist and designer who has designed site specific and touring performances, created installation artworks for unusual and digital spaces and made controlled forays into the world of public art.
Often working in collaboration with other artists or members of the public on residency-based projects, she uses a variety of media to create her work, much of which is (often temporary) site specific art for public spaces.
She is one-third of Coventry’s acclaimed Talking Birds, and designer of the Company’s theatre, video, mixed media and webworks, including Helloland; described by the Independent as "innovative and unusual...akin to taking part in a David Lynch movie"
